Mochiko Chicken
Dark meat chicken pieces marinated with garlic, ginger, sweet rice flour & deep fried. Subtly sweet and savory with a slight sticky chew, served on a bed of shredded cabbage with 2 scoops rice, 1 scoop mac salad.
Pork Katsu
Boneless pork loin filet breaded in Japanese breadcrumbs, deep fried, and chopped into smaller pieces. Served with 2 scoops rice, 1 scoop mac salad, and our house sweet and tangy Katsu sauce on the side. Sub brown gravy upon request.
